Art Journaling is a creative way to build community in your group.

In this workshop I guide you through an art journaling session that you can then share with your group.

We start with a writing prompt that is personal and accessible, then we paint over what we write, add some collage, and finish it up with lettering. While we complete this hands-on art journaling exercise we will be discussing how this can be applied to different groups, and to create an environment that is safe and builds trust.

No art experience necessary.

The best thing about Art Journaling is anyone can do it. The supplies are readily available and it is accessible to everyone. The writing exercise is very private which allows participants to be open.

Details

In this 2 hour workshop we will complete a personal art journaling page, discuss how it can apply to different types of groups. Workshop comes with full step-by-step instructions hand out.

Cost

The cost is determined by the number of participants, and starts at $500. Contact me with details and pricing ie whether it's a one time session or multiple sessions (I'm available for both) and the supplies needed.

Here's what others have to say:

"...this is where I am my most authentic self"

...even as a beginner I wasn't overwhelmed or intimidated.

I keep on looking at my page and remembering the insights and what I learnt. Can't wait to do it again.
~Gwen~

I look through my journal pages, and I may not remember what I wrote, but I remember how I felt.

...like it's holding the weight of all my feelings
