Want to expand your lettering skills?

I’m often asked how I create the lettering in my journal pages. Now’s your chance to dive in and explore a range of lettering techniques. It’s a wonderful opportunity to practice, play, and get comfortable with your tools.

Letter your pages with confidence

With a bit of tweaking and practice, you can develop a lettering style that’s uniquely your own. Maybe you’re a neat block-letter printer, or perhaps you have a natural flair for script. Whatever your style, this workshop is your chance to refine it and make your pages truly personal. We’ll finish the day by creating a quote card using your favourite new lettering style.

Some of the lettering we will be learning

  • scripts and cursive
  • Block lettering
  • Drop shadow
  • Brush pen-whether you have one or not
  • Outlining
  • and much more

Build up your font vault

In this workshop we will be focusing on technique so that when you are finished you are confident and comfortable that you have a pen technique that looks great. You will have a variety of fonts to 'draw' from to fit any journal page. Also, nice lettering is a wonderful skill to have for any occasion. (Holiday cards anyone?)
