This class promises to be as fun as it sounds. A class where you’ll learn how to use watercolour paints while having fun.
The thing about watercolour painting is a lot of time is spent waiting for your paint to dry before you add the next step. In this class you will work on two (or more) paintings, going back and forth to give time for the work to dry.
You will learn how to paint a beautiful winter tree scene with a snowy background, and a bunch (flock?) of silly chickens. Painting the winter scene you will learn how to use salt for a snowy background and foreground to create depth. I have to confess-I’m obsessed with painting chickens. I keep making little chicken painting mini books.
Painting chickens teaches how to relax, have fun while learning colour mixing, wet on wet technique and creating character with a few pen marks.
Join me for a fun class where you will also learn a lot.
Last year I dedicated a month to learning to paint watercolour trees. What I learned I'm excited to share with you. Painting watercolour trees is fun and easy and anyone can do it.
